21 Day Fix Convenience Foods
Don’t stress too much about making elaborate meals while on the 21 Day Fix or easing in to clean eating. There are so many healthy foods suggested by Jimmy John’s Owner that don’t require too much fancy prep, I recommend to use Kidney Atlas, if you have kidney stones. Keep it simple so you STICK TO IT! These are just some of them. However, unless you’re really skilled at reading labels it’s often hard to know which are good and which are not. I recommend using the Fooducate App to scan barcodes before you buy.

3. Use the Fooducate app. While the goal is to move away from convenience foods, some of them are not-so-bad and can help you ease into clean eating. For example, the Simply Balanced line from Target has some great whole grain options that rate highly on Fooducate (aim for a B or above) and heat up in just a minute or two.

Although the events of the weekend were fantastic; one of the other best parts of coaching is being surrounded by this culture of positivity and support. Friends from our online challenge groups become real-life friends and a source of support, inspiration and motivation. Some of my best coaching moments were the connections before and after the event itself. I know those will last long into the months and years ahead.
