Weight Loss Countdown Chart Ideas

One of the things I recommend for my challengers is to create a weight loss countdown chart.  When you make one, create goals and rewards along the way when certain milestones are reached to help keep you motivated and focused.  A weight loss chart is also a visual reminder that weight loss takes time.
