SHIFT SHOP: Coming JULY 12th 2017

Like the 21 Day Fix programs, The Shift Shop designed to shift body into next level in only three weeks. This one features Chris Downing, Beachbody’s newest Super Trainer. Chris is an elite functional fitness trainer specializing in helping beginners and experts get into amazing shape FAST (Learn more about his inspiring story here: Beachbody’s Newest Super Trainer Chris Downing).
Here’s how it works: Each week gets progressively harder.
WEEK ONE: Chris uses shorter, 25-minute workouts that’ll help you stay focused and committed. And you’ll be eating a healthy balance of carbs, protein, and fat.
WEEK TWO: Just as your body adapts to the workouts, Chris increases their length to 35 minutes. Plus, you’ll cut back on the starchy carbs, while revving up the proteins and veggies.
WEEK THREE: It all comes together. Seven days of higher-intensity workouts, while eating clean. This is your grand finale.
And because week-by-week you’re always ramping up to the next level of fitness – it’s great for busting through plateaus. It alternates between strength and cardio each day. For strength days, you’ll need a set of light and medium weights. For cardio days, you’ll need your agility markers (which come with the program). The nutrition is also part of the plan. You’ll decrease starchy carbs week by week, and increase protein and veggies – designed for optimum results. YES – there is a modifier, so beginners can do this as well. There is a graduate program so you can extend the program once or twice… making it a 6-week or 9-week program. Watch a little bit more about it here:
