Nothing gets me in the mood for running and intense cardio more than some good tunes. I’ve got a variety of playlists set up on Spotify to match my moods. Some are hip-hop (I call that one Bust a Move), some are 80s (Retro Beats) and of course, the ever-popular Country Music That Doesn’t Suck. My latest one is titled simply Kick Ass Cardio. I’d be willing to bet my running playlist can kick your running playlist’s ass.
