3 weeks before starting this test group I had surgery for a miscarriage. I was feeling lost & not like myself. I needed something to pour my energy in to and get my mind to think about anything else and then I was asked to be in this test group! It came at the exact right time — and while I am in true maintenance mode and didn’t need a huge physical transformation… the mental one was amazing!
I think what I GAINED from this program is so important… not what I lost. Confidence, knowledge about my body, mobility in my hips that I never thought I would get, strength, lifting heavier weights than ever before, trust in the process…

The week before this test group I began, I was on the phone with my upline + best friend, sharing with her how LOST, I felt. I felt that I had lost my identity…. since I felt like I was the “Beachbody coach who travelled all the time” lol 😂

It was 4 months before I was able to hug someone + be in the same place as them. When everyone would end the zoom calls they were either with their roommates, spouses or other family members … and for me the house was simply empty.
Emotionally, my tank was empty.
It was the next day — I received the call to join this group & if that’s not the universe having your back I’m not sure what is 💛
