The LIIFT 4 workout from Joel Freeman is now available! You can access it here on Beachbody on Demand WITHOUT a BOD Subscription. LIIFT 4 is an intense 30-minute workout that incorporates both LIFTING and HIITING (not really HITTING – but rather HIIT that stands for High Intensity Internval Training).
LIIFT 4 SAMPLE WORKOUT / WORKOUT SEQUENCE:
The sample LIIFT 4 workout is called Lift 50/50 because it incorporates about half LIFTING half HIITING. All the LIFT goes first, then HIIT second. It incorporates Supersets. They give you the most bang for your buck in the shortest amount of time! That means doing two exercises back to back, ten reps each, do it three times and two more block for three blocks total.
The HIIT part – Three exercises for 30 seconds, then a short break, do it again for three times today then go into a CORE component. Every single LIIFT 4 Workout has a CORE component at the end, so there is no need to work the core separately outside of this program. It’s truly a total-body workout.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED for LIIFT 4:
Light and heavy weights are recommended. Everyone will be different, but be sure to make sure your FORM is not compromised when using heavier weights.
HOW LONG WITH THE SAMPLE WORKOUT BE AVAILABLE?
The LIIFT 4 Sample workout will be available PERMANENTLY. Those that decide to purchase the early -access LIIFT 4 package when it is released on June 11th will gain access to FOUR additional sample workouts to utilize before the program is released.
