The “A Little Obsessed”  workouts are going to give you a great idea of what 80 Day Obsession will be like.  The 80 Day Obsession program will be great for total-body toning and give you a lean, chiseled body, focusing on the booty and abs.  However, what’s cool about the “A Little Obsessed” workouts  is they’re just 30 minutes long, so you’ll be able to fit them into your busy schedule this holiday season.   To access the “A Little Obsessed” workouts, first create a free account on Team Beachbody if you don’t have one yet.  Next, visit Beachbody on Demand.  Click on the “Do A Little Obsessed for Free” button.  Enter your name and my coach ID (890606):
