When will the “A LITTLE MORE OBSESSED” workouts be available?
This series of six workouts will be available to all Beachbody on Demand subscribers in January 2019. HOWEVER – if you are a current home-direct subscriber of Shakeology, The Performance Line or Beachbars – you will gain access to these workouts in early OCTOBER 2018 (on or around October 5th). When they’re released, the will automatically show up for those customers that qualify.
Will there be a modifier for “A Little More Obsessed”?
Yes, absolutely! This program is a great fit for all fitness levels from beginner to advanced. Similar to the original 80 Day Obsession workouts, there will be a modifier for beginners.
What about the “A Little More Obsessed” Nutrition Plan?
Like the 80 Day Obsession program, it’s recommended you follow Autumn’s TIMED NUTRITION plan.
