A lot of you have been asking about the 80 Day Obsession Nutrition component. Like with most programs, nutrition is what will get you 80% of your results. Sure, you can do the workouts… but if you don’t follow the eating plan, you won’t make progress like you should.
With 80 Day Obsession, there is a new twist. Unlike the 21 Day Fix Meal Plan, you’ll get a “Workout Block” nutrition plan. This component is made up of a pre-workout meal, a post-workout meal, and supplements. 80 Day Obsession uses the Portion Fix containers you became familiar with if you did programs like 21 Day Fix, Core de Force or Shift Shop.
