Planks + Thanks
I am SO EXCITED FOR this fun holiday-themed 14-day challenge for planking. It’s the perfect time of year to do something small each day to get your core in shape and demonstrate gratitude.
When you join, you will receive a 14-day plank calendar (with all exercises laid out), a blank 14-day plank calendar, as well as a daily tracker with mini-challenge. In this challenge we cover the importance of clean eating, exercise and gratitude!
There will also be tips for staying on track during the holidays, and mini-challenges to practice thankfulness and increase engagement within the group. This is perfect to run before or during the Thanksgiving holiday, though gratitude can be practiced all year long.
