I’m behind on posting about my 52 books in 52 weeks project, but I’m not behind on reading! I re-read this one for the first time in about ten years on the Beachbody Cruise. It’s a classic metaphysical/holistic healing book by Louise Hay. Published in the mid-80s, it was ahead of its time with holistic healing concepts and the psychology of wellness.
Our thoughts influence our lives, our wellness and the outcomes we manifest in life. The book explores the origins of how we get trapped into certain ways of thinking as well as our power to overcome thoughts that no loner serve us. She and Wayne Dyer were really pioneers in this way of thinking. 💡
