Roasted Squash with Apples and Cinnamon
- One acorn squash, cut in half, seeded and ends removed
- One Granny Smith apple, diced
- 1 Tbsp. organic butter
- 1 Tbsp. Truvia natural brown sugar blend
- sea salt
Preheat oven to 425. Place squash on baking sheet. Roast for 15 minutes or until flesh is tender enough to scoop out seeds. Place diced Granny Smith apple in hollowed out center. Top with butter, brown sugar, and sea salt. Continue roasting until brown and tender.
