Happy Sunday Night, Friends!!
I promised you my Instant Pot meal plan for the week. As of right now, Sunday, 2/12, it is still a work in progress. I have yet to tweak to add a few more of the recipe links and to verify container counts for those who are doing the 21 Day Fix. I’ll be updating it as I go along this week in our 5-Day Healthy Eating Instant Pot Challenge, so bear with me. However, because I know many of you wanted to get your meal plans done tonight I’m sharing what I have so far.
