Clean Eating for Kids
As parents, sometimes it is a challenge to get kids to eat foods that are good for them. However, modeling good eating habits for them NOW will set them up for a healthy lifestyle as they mature. Tips to Get Kids Involved with Clean Eating
- Let the kids choose one food in the grocery store they’ve never eaten before to purchase and bring home
- Have them come up with their own concoctions in the kitchen with healthy ingredients, no matter how bizarre
- Make cooking a family activity
- Make cooking a game: Have them try a few foods with blindfolds on and have them guess what they’re eating
