Ten minutes, ten days… let’s get the momentum going again with health and fitness! THis group is perfect for anyone who has fallen off track with fitness and is having a hard time getting back at it, as well as anyone struggling to find time to workout out. In our group, we’ll sample some short workouts from Beachbody on Demand, many of which are just ten minutes long. None over 25 minutes!! We’ll also share some quick healthy meal ideas and tips to stay on track during the holiday season.
