Has anyone felt stressed out, pulled in a million different directions, and as if you don’t have enough time for yourself? I know I have. As busy moms, our lives are often filled with activity but often lack balance.
On a personal level, anxiety is something I have struggled with my entire life. From panic attacks in my 30s to constant worry, it cast a cloud on my daily life. It wasn’t until my 40s that I finally learned how to manage it more effectively. That’s why I am choosing to do a “Decompress and Define” challenge starting October 5th. I’d like to learn new coping strategies and share what I’ve learned with others.

I had SO much fun getting certified to teach PiYo in Nashville last summer, I want to share some of the benefits with you. Think of fitness as a 3-legged stool. You need to work on cardio, strength and flexibility to have a solid foundation. This group will use PiYo as part of the program. You don’t have to do the PiYo workouts daily. I generally do 1-2 PiYo workouts a week in addition to my other workouts for balance, flexibility and core work.
