Core de Force is the upcoming workout program from Joel Freeman and Jericho Matthews (you may remember them from Les Mills Pump). It’s a 30-day program designed to carve out your core with moves inspired by MMA (Mixed Martial Arts). It requires zero-equipment and consists of 3-minute rounds. I can’t wait to try it! It will be released in November exclusively through Team Beachbody coaches like me, but you can get a sneak peek on October 3rd.
