When most people start home workout programs, they fall all the bandwagon due to lack of support and accountability. With my online accountability groups, I’ll provide you with both! Our groups will give you the knowledge you need to change your habits and inspire you to bring your A-GAME to the table. Perhaps most importantly, our coaches really CARE about your progress. We’ve got hustle and HEART!
Through daily check-ins, we will provide the support you need to inspire you to continue. So many of our participants keep going after participating, they end up joining our team to “pay it forward” and help inspire others! It’s truly a win-win. Six months ago I began my fitness journey with 21 Day Fix and the on-line fitness challenge groups led by Kim Danger. Because of these tools today I have lost 26.4 lbs and over 28.5 inches from my body! I started this journey to find a way to combat the effects of my Hypothyroidism and I am thrilled to say I have lost all the weight I gained and am now sleeping better too. This program isn’t my “diet” this is my lifestyle. I don’t even have to think about what to buy, make, or eat anymore. I workout every day and it isn’t a chore to do so. I feel amazing! I am posting this because I want to encourage anyone who wants to be healthier to do so. Don’t let a medical issue, time issue, or mental “I can’t” issue stop you from achieving your goals. Make the decision to change and stick to it! Six months from now you can be the one saying “I did it”!
Our Hustle and Heart is a 30-Day Group. I’m seeking TEN new participants I can help achieve their health and fitness goals so I can offer daily support and 1:1 accountability. In this group, my team of coaches and I will provide a daily assignment to help keep you motivated and on track. We discuss common topics like emotional eating, eating out, menu plans, temptations, late-night snacking and whatever the group decides is relevant to them in their goals. I will give you lots of my tips and tricks to keep you moving in the right direction. At the end of the group, we will measure progress and you have the option to continue or move on to our next challenge.
