7-Day Bikini Booty Challenge (Females Only)
This is a free challenge that requires no special equipment or DVDs. My only requirement for joining the 7-Day Bikini-Booty Challenge is that you join me on the Beach Body site that’s hosting the challenge. Our next group starts April 28th.

Before You Begin:
Take your measurements. Using a measuring tape, measure the circumference of your hips. Start at one hip and wrap the tape measure around your rear, around the other hip, and back to where you started. Make sure the tape is over the largest part of your butt. Because making sure the tape is level back there can be hard, try to do it in front of a mirror.
