21 Day Fix Protein Bars
Most protein bars that you purchase in the stores are not nearly as healthy as you think. Even though they typically contain a lot of protein, they’re also often sugary and highly processed. The solution? Make your own! These are healthier, and 21 Day Fix approved.
2 C. rolled oats (old-fashioned, or steel-cut)
4 scoops Shakeology (I used vanilla)
3/4 C. unsweetened almond milk
1/2 C. almond butter
Pulse oatmeal and Shakeology in a blender. Add almond milk and almond butter, combine until wet dough is formed. Spread into the bottom of an 8×8 pan. Refrigerate, and cut into 8 pieces.
