Hi I am just starting 21 day fix. I have the program but not all my containers unfortunately they have disappeared. I bought it a while ago, and it worked. but I need a refresher. like I had 2 small turkey burgers how do I count that? and can I use something else to gauge how big the potions are? I am a little confused. thanks
You’ll need the containers to measure. However, in general a 4-ounce serving of meat/protein is one red.
