Planking and squatting are great ways to get results without spending much time. In the Beach Ready Now 10-Day Plank and Squat challenge, Coach Melissa will focus on strengthening and toning the entire body in just 6-8 minutes each day! Each day you will get a set of exercises, a tip, a video, plus the support and encouragement required to make it happen. This group is entirely free. We just ask that you will be committed enough to participate in the group discussions, do the work and be a supportive teammate to others. At the end of the week you have the option to continue on your own or move on to a new group challenge (view our most recent Challenge Group Options). This group begins on Monday, April 14th.
This is a free challenge that requires no special equipment or DVDs. My only requirement for joining the 10-Day Plank and Squat Challenge is that you follow the steps below:
- Sign up for a FREE Team Beachbody Membership by clicking on the page link HERE if you haven’t already (to participate your coach must be either Kim, Mark, Maggie or Melissa).
- Once you’ve done this, please let me know by commenting below and I’ll add you to our group.
- Be sure to sign up for our Daily Dose of Motivation emails to get updates on clean eating and recipes you can use at home. Looking forward to having you with us!
*Space in these groups is limited. We will reserve spots for those who have purchased a challenge pack from one of our Beach Ready Now coaches in the past six months first. Remaining spots will then be filled by those who have not yet tried one of our free challenges. If space permits, we will fill any remaining spots with those who have done free challenge groups in the past.
